ArtFusion is a not-for-profit event and relies on your attendance to make important arrangements; therefore no refund will be made after 30 days of your (attendees) registration date. In the event you need to cancel within 30 days of your registration you will be refunded within 14 days of your written cancelation notice minus a $50 cancellation and processing fee.
Registration made after September 1, 2020, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage you to purchase cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen emergencies. Information is available on the Questions page. https://www.artfusionevent.com/questions
ArtFusion reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students or to substitute a qualified instructor. You will be contacted by email and may choose another retreat or opt for a refund.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the retreat to be cancelled, Faux Retreat reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
The performance of the Agreement by either party shall be subject to force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the parties, where any of those factors, circumstances, situations, or conditions or similar ones prevent, dissuade, or unreasonably delay at least 25 percent of prospective Event attendees from appearing at the Hotel, or where any of them make it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to hold the Event or to fully perform the terms of the Agreement.
